DEPOSIT
To confirm your reservation, please,
make a deposit of 1 night or in any
case no less than 4000 rubles. You
can do it in one of the following
ways:
1) By wire transfer to our ruble
account in Russia. VAT
does not apply to these transactions.
2) By credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard, JCB International,
Diners Club international and
American Express. You will have to
fill in the
authorization form
and send it back to us together with
copies of your card by fax to +7 495
3634435 or scanned in the email
message to
reservation@flatlink.ru.
3) Through secure PayPal system (www.paypal.com).
You should only provide an email
address for the invoice. The cost of
the transaction is 3,4% for EU
accounts and 3,9% is for accounts
registered in all other countries.
4) By wire transfer to an account in
EU.
5) By Western Union express transfer
system. The cost of the transfer is
approximately 4%.
6) By cash in our office personally
or through your representative in
Moscow. Please note that we will
not except foreign currencies, there
are plenty of Foreign Exchange
centers around our office, so
getting Rubles should not be a
problem.
Please, let us know, which option is
more convenient for you, and we will
send you all further information. If
none of the options is convenient
for you, please, let us know and we
will try to arrange another way for
you to make a deposit. Without
deposit we cannot guarantee
reservation of the apartment.
In case of booking cancellation full
deposit refund* is made under the
following conditions:
if you have cancelled your
reservation before the check-in
date:
1) 7 days ahead, for an
accommodation of up to 7 nights,
2) 10 days ahead, for accommodation
of 8 to 14 nights,
3) 15 days ahead for
accommodation of 15 to 30 nights,
4) 30 days ahead for over a month
accommodation term. In case of
untimely annulment of booking the
fee of 1 night accommodation cost is
raised.
* In case the deposit is paid
by credit card, you will get a
refund of the full amount minus
operational charges equal to 2 % for
VISA and MasterCard, 2,5% for JCB
International, 4% for AMEX (if
charged by corresponding payment
systems).
PAYMENT
You will need to pay for the whole
length of your stay at check-in by
one of the following ways:
1) By wire transfer to our ruble
account in Russia.
VAT does not apply to these
transactions.
2) By credit cards: Visa,
MasterCard, JCB International,
Diners Club international, and
American Express. Upon arrival to
the apartment our representative, in
most cases, will have portable POS
terminal. In addition, you are
welcome to
visit
our office to make a
transaction through the terminal.
3) Through secure PayPal system (www.paypal.com).
You should only provide an email
address for the invoice. The cost of
the transaction is 3,4% for EU
accounts and 3,9% is for accounts
registered in all other countries.
4) You can pay by cash upon arrival
to the apartment or in our office by
rubles only.
5) By wire transfer to an account in
EU, 2-3 days before arrival.
Ask for more information if you'd
like to pay in advance.
As a confirmation of your payment
you will receive a rental agreement
and an official receipt.
ARRIVING TO THE APARTMENT
One of our drivers can meet you at
the airport or train station with
“Flat Link” sign and drive you to
the apartment. The cost of the
transfer depending on the class of
the car is:
Airport pick-up: 2000-2200 rubles
(includes 1 hour waiting)
Drop-off to the airport:
1600-1800 rubles
Pick up at the train station:
800-850 rubles
Drop-off at the train
station: 600-700 rubles.
Please, let us know if you would
like to use our taxi service and
inform us about your flight/train
number, arrival time and departure
city.
If you are not going to use our taxi
service, please, let us know when
approximately you would like to
arrive at the apartment. At that
time our manager will meet you at
the apartment, give you the keys,
sign the rental agreement with you,
receive payment and show around the
apartment. In the same manner he
will pick up the keys from you when
you depart from the apartment.
