The apartment has a double room, a kitchen
and a bathroom. It can be a good option of
budget accommodation in Saint-Petersburg for
1-2 persons.

TV-set, fridge with freezer, gas-stove (2
fires), microwave oven, hot-water boiler,
electric kettle, toaster, coffee-maker,
telephone line, washing machine, iron. There

The Studio is located on the ground floor,
has individual entrance, 2 metal doors. The
yard is closed with a code-locked gate.
Windows look to the yard and have bars.

on Srednaya Podiacheskaya street, 5. It is
small and quiet street near Mariinsky (Kirov)
Theater and St. Nicholas Cathedral in the
historic center of St. Petersburg. This is
an authentic and picturesque "Dostoevsky
district", where the writer and his heroes
lived, quiet, old, romantic area around
Griboedov canal, with little bridges, where
you can have an impression that you are
still living in 19th century. The nearest
metro station is Sennaya Ploschad / Sadovaya.
To get there or to Nevsky prospect, you can
enjoy a relaxing walk along the embankment
of Gridoedov canal.
